Born in Rotterdam (Holland) Gabrielle completed her musical studies at the Koninklijke Conservatorium in The Hague, where she also studied at the New Opera Academy and gained her degree with distinction. She continued her studies in Italy in order to specialise in the Italian opera repertoire. She has taken master classes from Cristina Deutekom and Montserrat Caballé. Gabrielle sang the role of the First Lady in Die Zauberflöte, the Countess in Le Nozze di Figaro, Mimi in La Bohème, the title role in Tosca,Luigia in Convenienze ed Inconvenienze Teatrali, Elettra in Idomeneo. Adami Corridetti en Nino Carta. In the Theatre Regio in Turin she sang Giannetta in Elisir d’Amore with Juan Diego Florez and Eva Mei, directed by Antonello Allemandi.

Robbert Muuse studied with the baritone Mya Besselink in Maastricht and at the Opera School of Karlsruhe with Donald Litaker, and followed studies in song Konrad Richter (Stuttgart), Hartmut Höll (Mozarteum Salzburg) and Julius Drake (London). He participated in many masterclasses with Sir Thomas Allen, Barbara Bonney, Robert Holl, Hilde Zadek and Graham Johnson. Furthermore, he was coached by Helmuth Kolvenbach, Jard van Nes and Gerald Finley.
He won several awards including the MeesPierson Award 2004 in the series "Young Dutch" of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Since 1994 Robbert is a Muuse lied duo with pianist Micah of Weather. Together they gave recitals including at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Salzburg and Paris |

Gekes tiental Children Choir |

Geke’s Tiental is a vocal training school for children up to twelve years old. Maximum twenty childen can be accepted. The education is provided on a voluntary basis and is supplementary to elementary school. Ten best students join in the schoolchoir ‘Geke’s Tiental’, which performs regularly.
Repertoire and audience Geke’s Tiental’s repertoire is very diverse and includes both children’s songs and classical music. Dutch is preferred, but the choice of the children (who often like to sing in foreign languages) is respected. Geke’s Tiental preferably performs on Saturdays. On Sunday the choir performs in churches. Concerts do not take place during school holidays.
The leader Geke van der Sloot (1964) has received singing lessons since she was sixteen. In 1980 she created a what she thought was a one-time children’s choir to perform at a wedding. The vocal training centre grew out of this. It combines a perfect combination of musical talent, educational skills and idealism. Geke developed her own teaching methods and writes most of the choir’s songs. She supports herself by teaching at a school for mentally challenged children, and offers some thirty hours of voluntary labour to Geke’s Tiental. Philharmonie Gelre  is a regional orchestra with about 70 members. The goal is twofold: first, they want as large symphonic wind band music on the highest possible musical level (and second, we want to give concerts with a diverse and innovative repertoire for a wide and varied audience. |

Martin van der Brugge (1966) received his degree in orchestral conducting at the Rotterdam Conservatory in 1990 and his degree in choral conducting at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague in 1994. He also, he participated in international master classes, including the Wiener Meisterkurse led by Julius Kalmar. In 1993 he took part in the international conducting competition in Dinu Niculescu Braçov (Romania) and reached the semifinals.
Besides directing, he has organised the first masterclass for conductors held in Bulgaria. In 1996 he also concerts in Bulgaria with Vidin Philharmonic Orchestra, where he was Principal Guest Conductor.
In the 2004, Martin was principal guest conductor of the Mersin State Opera and Ballet in Turkey. He conducted several productions,including Verdi's Rigoletto, Since 2010 he is also guest conductor of the Paliashvili Symphony Orchestra and Choir in Tbilisi (Georgia).
